Your videos, drafts, analytics and YouTube, TikTok or Instagram data are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing of that kind for us to delete. Steps 1–3 remove it from your computer and end the app's access; step 4 removes the license account we keep.
1Disconnect accounts in the app
Open Settings → Profile (in the app: Настройки → Профиль). Each local profile has its own connected accounts, so repeat this for every profile you use.
- YouTube: next to the channel, click Disconnect access (Отключить доступ). The app asks Google to revoke its access and deletes the channel's tokens from Windows Credential Manager.
- TikTok and Instagram: click Disconnect in the app (Отключить в приложении). The app deletes the account's tokens from your computer. Then also revoke access on the platform (step 2).
2Revoke access on the platform
You can do this at any time, even without the app installed:
- Google / YouTube: open Google Account → Third-party apps & services and remove UnkiSocialManager.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app settings, open the list of apps connected to your account and remove UnkiSocialManager.
- Instagram: open Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove UnkiSocialManager.
After access is revoked, the app can no longer read or change anything in that account.
3Delete data on your computer
Open Settings → Data & log (Настройки → Данные и журнал) and click Delete local data (Удалить локальные данные), then confirm. The app restarts and has:
- deleted its database, caches, previews, upload copies, research history and audit log;
- deleted every credential it stored in Windows Credential Manager: platform tokens, AI API keys, app credentials and the license sign-in;
- signed out of the license and asked our server to unlink this computer from your account.
Your original video files are never touched. If you have already uninstalled the app, delete the folder %APPDATA%\UnkiSocialManager and, in Windows Credential Manager, the entries whose names contain UnkiSocialManager.
4Delete your license account
Our license server stores your Google account ID, email and name, your devices, sign-in sessions, plan and usage counts, as listed in the Privacy Policy. To delete it, email ya.madam.bez.prav@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and ask for deletion.
- We answer within one month.
- We delete your account, devices, sessions and usage events.
- If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first (see the cancellation steps); deleting the account does not cancel billing at Creem by itself.
5What is not deleted
- Videos already published to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram stay on those platforms. Delete them there if you want them removed.
- Records of purchases that accounting law requires us to keep are kept without your name and email for as long as the law requires.
- Database backups expire within 30 days, so deleted data disappears from them within 30 days.
